Howdy! I'm Neo! I'm an artist in the PNW tryna make it a full time job! I've been making fursuits for only 1 year, and illustrations for over a decade! I love learning new techniques with every project I make and get excited with clever inventions for fursuits. I also offer illustration commissions as well!

By purchasing a suit through me, you (the client) have agreed to all the terms below.
A clear flat front to back unshaded reference is required to be considered.
No AI references.
General Information
Payment is upfront for best work flow
Progress images are sent for every stage (foam base, patterning, fabric cutting ect)
Please make requests for changes during appropriate stages (ex: ear size during foam shaping before fur patterning) It is the client's responsibility to vocalize desired changes. Backtrack fixes can cause more time and labor and may result in additional fees
Satisfaction is best achieved with proper communication! I want to make a suit you will love! So please give honest feedback :]
I reserve the right to use photos of my suits for advertising, in my portfolio or submitting to my medias
I reserve the right to refuse upon inquiry
Repairs and Warranty
Client pays shipping both ways
All suits have a 4 month warranty starting from time shipped out
Warranty covers holes, adhesive failures, threading malfunctions
Neglect, intentional abuse, poor care, normal wear and tear are not covered
Warranty is intended for original client purchaser, and is voided if resold
Repair requests after warranty expiration are paid fixes, and taken at the artist's choice
Refunds and Cancellations
I reserve the right to cancel at any stage if: client is abusive/threatening or unreasonable, unresponsive for weeks and disrupting work process, or has broken terms of service
If an emergency situation occurs (family death, natural disater) and will cause significant delay in work, clients will be given the option to be fully refunded or partially refunded and receive project at current state
Liability Disclaimer
My work space is in a home with cats and dogs. While I keep them out of my space, they are present within the home. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me!
Payment
Payment is in USD, upfront and in full. International clients are responsible for conversion fees and import/customs fees. Zelle preference
